FAQ
Do you have questions about our services? Here are a few questions that we get from our clients:
Q: Do I need to move furniture?
A: Yes, we highly suggest that you move furniture if you are physically able to remove it on your own. It speeds up repair times and makes the process a lot smoother. If you are unable to move your furniture, you don’t have to worry about it. Our carpet repair specialists will be able to take care of it for you.
Q: Why is my carpet buckling and rippling?
A: This is a common question that we get from our clients. The simple answer is your carpet has ripples and bumps because the previous installer didn’t install your carpet correctly. They likely cut corners and did not use a power stretcher. This tool is necessary to guarantee that your carpet won’t ripple after install.
Q: How do we fix carpet damage?
A: We use what we call a “permanent section” to repair your carpet. This means removing the damaged section of the carpet and installing a remnant piece of carpet that you may have laying around your home.
Q: Will my repair be noticeable?
A: No. We go to great lengths to ensure the repairs we make are invisible to the naked eye. Our carpet repair specialists are IICRC certified and have the skills needed to repair your carpet with expert precision. After we are done, you won’t even know where the damage was!
Q: What steps are you taking to mitigate COVID-19 exposure?
All of your technicians follow CDC guidelines and local ordinances to help slow the spread of COVID-19 and keep our customers and employees safe during these unprecedented times.
